Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accounting Manager that will support a joint venture between Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and third-party investors, which includes the U.S. Coffee production assets and the entirety of the Canadian operations. This role primarily manages the quarterly close and reporting process for the joint venture, including any associated interactions related to the consolidated KDP presentation,  but will also assist with the general accounting close and support monthly activities across the broader accounting team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of all recurring processes. The ideal candidate is curious, self‑directed, and comfortable learning new systems and digging into details to resolve issues. This role is suited for someone who enjoys autonomy and problem solving.

This position is a hybrid role based in Burlington, MA, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly close and reporting activities for the joint venture, working directly with FP&A and Treasury
  • Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, and supporting schedules
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and joint venture contractual requirements
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies independently
  • Partner with internal teams, including FP&A and Treasury, and JV partners to resolve issues
  • Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls
  • Learn and master new financial systems, reporting tools, and data sources
  • Support audits, tax requests, and ad‑hoc analysis

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $96,800 - $140,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • 7+ years of accounting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and investigate issues with minimal direction
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills
