KDP Coffee Source Trips

Each year, approximately 60 teammates participate in our KDP Coffee Source Trips to coffee-origin countries – such as Brazil and Colombia – to connect with the people and places where our coffee is grown. These aren't just coffee buyers or tasters — they're team members from any department and location where we operate.

This unique experience infuses all areas of the Company with respect and love for our coffee products, the people who produce them, and places they live. Our participants have the opportunity to meet the families who grow our coffee, understand what they do, and witness the impact of our work and relationships at the source. This program is a great opportunity to foster our coffee education and build functional expertise. It’s more than coffee… it’s an experience of a lifetime!
