Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a User Experience design manager to deliver cross-channel and customer-centric, best-in-class experiences that: create effective awareness of the Keurig system and brands; deliver mobile-first experiences and digital interfaces for coffee makers and beverages.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the UX design manager will create Digital Experiences for the Keurig.com platform, will define, develop, and ensure ongoing quality of Customer-centric experience strategy and execution, across the wide range of systems and brands for Keurig Dr. Pepper’s eCommerce and brand properties. You will work on end-to-end user experience output — from journey mapping, user research, interaction design, and final UI design comps (working with the Art Director) for all Customer digital touchpoints that map to Keurig’s experience strategy to help optimize all stages of the Customer funnel: awareness, engagement, navigation, usability, conversion and reactivation.

This is a roll your sleeves up role. You will play a prominent role in helping to architect end-to-end cross-channel user journeys that drive funnel progress to conversion and reactivation. You will be a key member in a high performing, collaborative digital experience team that is passionate about digital and that seeks to create evidence-based, award winning, impactful experiences.

You are a high-level thinker with strong journey mapping, interaction design, wireframing and strong visual UI skills who also has a penchant for keeping track of details. You are also a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Who will be successful as a UX manager at KDP (Keurig.com)?

The two key components a successful manager needs to exhibit to build user experiences are:

  1. Customer Journey:
    1. Identifying and understanding the goal of a product / feature.
    2. Recommending (using data) solutions to present the product/ feature to customers.
    3. Suggest AB tests to ensure the solution designed is optimal.
    4. Track UX site metrics for the product/ feature post launch and drive continuous improvements.
  2. Design Execution:
    1. Design (wireframes & final comps) for recommended customer journeys.
    2. Continuously iterate on designs to improve them based on customer data (qualitative and quantitative) 

What you will do:

  • Design for a wide variety of projects under the UX/UI experience lead
  • Conduct user research to identify key focus areas for improvements
  • Create engaging & fluid, customer focused design for both desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business objectives, user needs and define UX goals.
  • Define user journey’s and site mapping that identify problems, pain-points and opportunities
  • Generate user interface design comps, presentations and prototypes needed to communicate navigation, interactions and functionalities.
  • Present strong visual designs that follow our Keurig style-guide and brand voice.


Requirements

What you must have:

•Bachelor’s Degree required

•Minimum 5 years of experience in responsive web and mobile app experience design

•A user-centered, brand rich portfolio of work that demonstrates interaction design and wireframing

•Experience with visual design (creating comps, pixel perfect specifications)

•Experience using designs tools for wireframing and prototyping like Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite

•Ability to establish priorities

•Ability to act as a positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new challenges

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency

•High adaptability; ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguity

•Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization and externally with partners

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally

•Experience building and delivering compelling presentations to multiple audience levels, including senior leadership and retail customers

•Ability to travel 10% of time

Desired Technical Skills (Nice to have):

•Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

•Familiarity with BA teams (guiding business analysts to write requirements based on your designs)

•Familiarity with UAT testing tools (ALM)
