Territory Sales Manager: 

The Territory Sales Manager contributes to KDP success by maximizing business growth through exceptional customer service to all customers and call points (Bottler, Distributor, Retail) within the assigned territory, reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager (RSM).  The person is responsible for building relationships with bottler teams, improving distribution and guaranteeing excellence in in-store execution with bottler ASM and merchandising teams 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop all assigned accounts (Bottler, Distributor, Retail) relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service;
  • Provide excellent service to assigned accounts, create and maintain goodwill with all customers;
  • Coordinate customer ASM and Merchandising teams to guarantee excellence in in-store execution in National Retail chains through utilization of point of sale materials, promotions, and product placement;
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity;
  • Complete required paperwork, data collection and processes in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Maintain a customer database to record customer information, call activity, actions, follow-ups and results
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff and distributor ASM and merchandiser teams to ensure they can talk about the benefits of our products;
  • Conduct quarterly territory reviews using point of sales (POS) data, to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats



Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Prior sales and merchandising or retail customer service experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Technology savvy
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Result oriented
