Job Description

As Supply Chain Planner for Drinkworks and Kitted Variety Packs, you will lead the execution of the supply chain processes between KDP and our partner. You will work with our external suppliers and internal business functions to ensure product availability for our customers. You will partner with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to create effective production and fulfillment plans of medium complexity with minor supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and regional teams are aligned to production and fulfillment plans and communicate supply constraints back to the organization. You will also develop weekly/monthly supply plans as an input to the S&OP process. Additionally, you could be responsible for long-term production planning, line/plant capacity balancing, planning for new products, and ad-hoc analytics or reporting requirements to support the business

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and execute supply chain activities to support products in market and new product launched including purchasing, transportation, distribution, and supply planning
  • Establish kitting requirements for assigned products to maintain adequate inventory
  • Ensure component requirements are signaled to appropriate teams
  • Ensure packaging procurement is executed timely
  • Apply a sense of urgency to resolve issues impacting product availability
  • Manage assigned tasks and work with Supply Chain leaders to understand company capabilities, define gaps, and help to modify or implement processes as required
  • Determine objectives and best approach for tasks including scheduling, resource planning, budget reviews and coordination of activities
  • Influence the overall objectives and long-range goals of the supply chain team.
  • Participate in system or process improvement initiatives to ensure the function has the best tools


What you must have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or similar field preferred
  • Broad experience working with Supply Chain
  • ERP/MRP Systems Planning experience in SAP ECC/APO highly preferred
  • Experience working with IT to define business requirements and ensure solutions deliver on those requirements preferred
  • Experience working across multiple geographic and/or functional area teams
  • Ability to shift focus to multiple critical, ambiguous, or sometimes conflicting priorities in a fluid environment
