Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic designer to join our team. In the role of Senior Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize, design and implement strategic solutions for projects which often have a high degree of visibility and complexity.

Role & Responsiblities:

  • Develop and implement design solutions to deliver on defined objectives.
  • Guide work of others such as junior-level designers, photographers and illustrators as needed.
  • Conceptualize and design for a wide variety of projects such as packaging, multi-media, branding, and campaign
  • Provide and present design options with clear recommendations for preferred design approach.
  • Evaluate project requests in conjunction with available executable options—including knowledge of a wide variety of substrates/materials and printing processes against time and financial constraints.


  • BA or BFA in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience perferred
  • Prior experience of at least 5 years in the design field, CPG experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of design and industry trends
  • Deep experience with branding and identity and packaging design
  • Advanced technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to collaborate and act as an integral part of a fast-paced creative team.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
