Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Channel Strategy will contribute to a team that will help shape the future channel focus of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP).  The Senior Analyst will be responsible for identifying the best data sources (e.g., syndicated data, internal reporting data, 3rd party research, etc.) available to support channel strategies. Within this role, the Senior Analyst will source and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that will both help develop new strategies and support existing strategies. Significant prior experience using advanced Excel functionality is a must have for this role. She / he will be expected to develop initial strategy recommendations based on data analysis, and lead problem solving sessions with senior members of the Channel Strategy team. As a result, we are looking for a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for drafting presentations for both internal and external stakeholders and working with other team members to refine these presentations. Other ad hoc data analysis to support projects within the commercial organization will also comprise a part of this role.


  • Analyze syndicated data, internal data and shopper insights to support new and existing Channel Strategies
  • Identify gaps in data / insights and develop recommendations to close these gaps
  • Build presentation materials to support Channel Strategies
  • Communicate strategy recommendations to other Channel Strategy team members
  • Facilitate internal working sessions to refine and further develop Channel Strategies
  • Support the team with daily workload / projects. Main work streams include multi-channel opportunity identification, annual operating plan (AOP) initiatives/projects, performance tracking, and alignment of channel activities


  • 4 year college degree preferably in an analytical field (e.g., statistics, economics, math, engineering, business, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (e.g., experience with Pivot Tables, Data Tables, VLookup/ HLookup functions, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who is comfortable working on multiple projects at once


Preferred qualifications

  • Management Consulting experience
  • Prior work experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Experience with syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen)
  • Experience working with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
