Job Description

This role, as lead HRBP for Business Transformation and Change, partners with senior leaders serving as a strategic advisor and driver of change and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be primary HRBP for the enterprise-wide transformation project in the Sales and Operations function. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role both in HR function and across Keurig Dr Pepper.

The HRBP is a consultant and thought leader in the areas of change management, team effectiveness, organizational design and effectiveness, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning/analytics. A key focus is on proactively assessing and addressing the people implications of the current and future change initiatives, and one key result is successful implementation of change and sustainability.

*Please note, this role could be based in either Plano, TX or Los Angeles, CA.

What you will do:

  • Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive successful change implementation, adoption and deliver desired business outcomes and sustainability
  • Serve as a thought leader and experienced change manager by demonstrating a command of OD and OE frameworks, change models and methodologies
  • Build and execute enterprise-wide change programs, including readiness and learning, operating model, engagement, and communications, and drive continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities
  • Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for change progress, including monitoring employee engagement with and employee burnout from change initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and multiple-site implementations, and maintain effective relationships with impacted functions
  • Build and present executive summaries and reports to share progress and escalate risks relating to the project, and proactively identify and develop interventions or improvements to the change strategy and methodology
  • Influence and serve as a leadership coach and mentor to the transformation project teams, local and regional business leaders as well as frontline employees
  • Provide policy guidance to management and applies knowledge across the disciplines of HR, such as workforce planning and analytics, labor relations, talent acquisition, learning and talent development, employment law, and compensation
  • Display intellectual curiosity to learn and develop a deep understanding of Keurig Dr Pepper business model, brands, vision and priorities, and stay current with business trends

What you must have :

  • BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a related field required; advanced degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience and/or change management or operations management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused environment, with an emphasis on interpersonal relationship building, and project management
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing large-scale change programs and translating business strategies into organizational and HR strategies and actions
  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model or similar framework or certifications
  • Effective negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to solve complex business problems
  • Ability to motivate and influence the work of others
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills essential
  • Demonstrated ability in handling highly sensitive and confidential matters effectively and discreetly
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Providing expertise on laws that impact the company such as EEO, Worker’s Compensation, NLRB, FSLA, OSHA, OWBPA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and other federal, state, or local regulations
  • Familiarity with HRIS databases (e.g., Workday, SAP) and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to regularly travel up to 50 percent and work a flexible schedule
