As the Sales Analyst and support for Premier, you will work with the VP and National Account Executives (NAE) to support our Team’s strategic vision of driving Mutually Profitable Growth (MPG) and deliver on our annual plan targets on Volume, Revenue, and Margin growth.

Primary job functions include supporting the Premier team with market and competitive analysis, new item maintenance/set Up, internal/external communication to key stakeholders, and support on development of customer presentations, monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual Joint Business Plans. You will support the business by working closely with our cross functional teams (Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Category Management, Sales Ops) to deliver superior analysis, recommendations, and process enhancement as we strive to build a High Performance Team.

To be successful in this role you should have consumer product/retail grocery experience and be familiar with the Direct Store Delivery process and Warehouse Delivery.  You should have advanced skills in Microsoft office products including PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables), and be experienced working with Demantra, IRI and VIP (iDig) data.

Location and Travel:

This role will be based Plano, Texas and travel, as needed, to assist the NAE with customer/distributor HQ calls.


•Create, maintain and communicate all daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting for the sales team; update and maintain the Distribution & Availability (D&A) tracker; create and generate monthly IRI reports

•Support NAE’s to maintain and update promotional planning spreadsheets, review pricing compliance, and identify opportunities/risk utilizing IRI and VIP reporting

•Distill Commercial updates and communicate pertinent information to Premier NAE’s

•Be a resource for buyers and new item set ups

•Create external and internal PowerPoint presentations

•Oversee and Manage Team Share Drive, Reporting & Score carding



•Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution

•Minimum 2 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables)

•Minimum 1 year of experience with retailer portal or internal retailer process interaction preferred

•Prefer experience in “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries

-Experience successfully developing sales plans and executing via an effective sales strategy
-Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
-Well organized, analysis driven with pragmatic approach
-Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
