Job Description

As Analyst II, Commercial Planning and Analysis, you will be accountable for providing the data, analytics and communication materials needed to understand the performance of the Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Cold beverage portfolio. The Keurig Dr Pepper Direct Store Delivery (DSD) portfolio spans multiple cold beverage categories through multiple routes to market. Your role will be critical in building capabilities necessary to understand the performance of these lines of business. You will be focused on the delivery of key reports and analytical tools for the total organization. These tools will be used across the organization and will be a key driver in managing the day to day business with stakeholders all the way to the leadership team. This role will require exceptional analytical skills, the ability to interpret data from a variety of sources, and strong collaboration with other functions. Technical experience working with large data sets in a business context strongly preferred.

What you will do:

  • Manage the data sets and reporting used to drive KDP’s Cold Beverage business
  • Update and enhance key Performance Management reports and presentations on a monthly, weekly, and daily cadence in support of Commercial leadership
  • Help build, streamline, and routinize reporting capabilities across large data sets
  • Act as a strategic expert in support of ad-hoc data needs of the organization
  • Deliver insightful and actionable summaries of performance for Commercial leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with organizational stakeholders for both internal and external deliverables



  • Bachelor’s degree, and minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical capabilities – the capacity to understand and interpret large data sets – experience with large data sets for business applications strongly preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity – a motivation to understand business dynamics and create innovative business solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to visually and verbally communicate complex ideas to senior leaders
  • Adaptability – an aptitude for managing complex projects and working cross-functionally with multiple partners
  • Engagement – an interest in learning and mastering new topics, data sources, and methodologies
  • Highly detail–oriented and organized
