Job Description



As a Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc. (Keurig) you will be a part of the beverage revolution.  The Co-Op will be a key resource for the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) organization supporting the Warehouse Direct business, with a focus on maintaining the internal analytics & reporting structures and participating in ad hoc analytical projects.  This role requires a keen interest in learning about a business, a desire for continuous learning in a variety of systems and analytical tools/methods, and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.  Brands you may interact with include Keurig, Green Mountain, Mott’s and Hawaiian Punch, among many others.

The Co-op, Warehouse Direct Revenue Growth Management will run from January 6, 2020 - July 3, 2020.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage a discrete analytical project during the course of the Co-Op, creating hypotheses, exploring the data, developing key insights and recommendations, and presenting the results to leaders within the Revenue Growth Management organization
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial objectives and key drivers of the business while supporting the mechanisms and processes to communicate these metrics to leadership
  • Assist in the weekly updates of our comprehensive Single Serve Coffee point-of-sale database
  • Manage our Promotional Events Library database, including the participation in projects around ad quality grading and the development of key ROI themes
  • Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly leadership reporting suite and develop summaries/key takeaways
  • Work with members of our National Accounts sales teams to collect and compile additional informational requests/analyses from organization leadership
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects surrounding our brands, sales teams, and price & trade

Requirements

What you must have:

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Prior analytical experience and knowledge of analytics fundamentals
  • Strong MS Excel skills preferred
  • Understanding of terms for business analytics/business intelligence based on coursework or practical experience (including internships)
  • Interest and willingness to learn and work within a variety of internal business systems (ex. SAP) and syndicated datasets (ex. IRI, NPD, 1010data)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
