Seasonal Reset Specialist in Baytown and Crosby

Reset support will provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager. Provide reset expertise and perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned by local leadership. This will be a temporary position supporting a project at a large retail store in the area. 

Shift and Schedule

  • This is a seasonal position with employment spanning until May 8th depending on business needs. 
  • Full-time
  • 7:00am-3pm or until work is finished
  • 5 scheduled shifts per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Compensation and Benefits

  • $15.00 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours
  • Mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle

Position Territory

You will be reseting displays in our customers’ stores located in the Houston area.  We have a local branch located in Houston, TX that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager.
  2. Work with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
  3. Build effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising task; assure customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
  5. Provide feedback on competitor activities.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Prior reset experience and/or retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers required.
  • Valid drivers license and motor vehicle report that meets company standards
