Reset and Merchandising Specialist in Pittsburgh and Greensburg Areas

The Reset and Merchandiser Specialist provides large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager:

  • Provides reset expertise
  • Works with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule
  • Builds effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising task; assure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue. Provides feedback on competitor activities.
  • Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

Position Shift and Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position Compensation.

  • $16.00 per hour
  • $17.00 per hour after 120 days
  • Mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle between first and last store on daily route

Position Territory

You will be resetting and merchandising our products in our customers’ stores located within a 30 mile radius of the greater Pittsburgh and Greensburg areas. We have a local branch located in Cranberry Township, PA that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager.
  2. Work with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
  3. Build effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising task; assure customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
  5. Provide feedback on competitor activities.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • 2 years prior reset experience and/or retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers required.
  • Valid drivers license and motor vehicle report that meets company standards
