Job Description

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) – a leading producer and distributor of hot and cold beverages – is excited to announce the establishment of a new beverage concentrate manufacturing facility in County Kildare, outside of Dublin, in Ireland. We’re now looking for great talent to build our Ireland team to work in this new best-in-class facility.

As the Regulatory Analyst you will work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment to develop and manage all Safety Documentation as it relates to the concentrate manufacturing sites for KDP. You will also provide oversight to ensure that all packaged goods shipped from the sites are compliant with all local and international shipping and labelling requirements. You will need to be well organized and able to work independently and within cross functional teams.

In the role of the Regulatory Analyst, you will:

  • Generate all SDS’s (Safety Data Sheets) for the concentrate business across all manufacturing locations
  • Update all existing SDS’s according to business needs
  • Ensure full labelling compliance for finished goods with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), DOT (Dept of Transportation) and EU regulations
  • Provide SDS and labelling oversight to support the Flavor Technology team
  • Manage all relevant documentation related to safety and transportation of our products
  • Manage relationship with Company’s 3rd party SDS partner
  • Set up master data for dangerous goods across all concentrate sites


Requirements

In order to be successful in the role of Regulatory Analyst, you will have:

  • A BSc degree in a scientific field is preferred or equivalent experience as a Regulatory Analyst
  • Experience in a Regulatory or Compliance role in food or related industry
  • Knowledge of local and EU regulations regarding shipping of hazardous materials would be highly desirable
  • Detail oriented with good interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
