Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager serves as the front line business leader, communicator, & facilitator of the Keurig Dr Pepper PASO (Pepsi Affiliated Sales Organization) Team managing the strategic direction of our Pepsi aligned business through our bottler and distributor network while executing key business building initiatives in order to achieve assigned volume, share, and profit targets.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry, with exposure to managing key distributor relationships.  Candidates possessing National or Regional Account experience with a working knowledge of utilizing syndicated data to develop selling stories are also encouraged to apply.



This position will be home-office based in the Denver, CO metro area, with territory responsibility for Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas.  Estimated travel will be 40%.



Execute key business building opportunities around distribution, availability, promotion, display, merchandising and pricing.  RSM is responsible to achieve volume and share annual targets.

  • Build Annual Operating Plan with key bottling and retail partners that delivers sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Develop business building presentations and timely reviews for bottlers, distributors and local retail customers through effective use of syndicated data, trade information and brand facts.
  • Manage an effective communication process between multiple parties to maximize the execution of all promotions and programs. Provide the communication link with other departments and functions in order to facilitate volume-building initiatives. Continuously improve bottler / distributor participation in National & Regional account activities.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy in order to facilitate the efficient utilization of KDP assets in addition to ensuring our ability to better serve our customers by delivering a quality product, in the proper quantity at the agreed upon time and price.
  • Effectively utilize all associated budgets to fully leverage brand potential, maximizing freedom of choice for consumers through uncompromising retail execution. 
  • Conduct trade visits with bottlers and distributors to inspect execution, competitive activity and to assess future opportunities with our customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and two (2) to five (5) years CPG/Beverage sales experience is required, or High School equivalent and 10 years CPG/Beverage sales experience.
  • A minimum of (1) year National or Regional Account Call Coverage
