Job Description

As a Facilities Production Cleaner you will maintain the common areas of the facility. This role will work with the manufacturing and operations groups aligning themselves with all GMP and Safety guidelines.

What you will do:

  • Operate floor cleaners and buffers
  • Sanitize all common area bathrooms per Keurig Dr Pepper’s sanitations policies and procedures
  • Clean all glass, interior and exterior
  • Collect trash from the break rooms and offices, including cigarette disposal units at entrances
  • Collect recyclable materials
  • Sweep, mop and polish floors in break rooms and foyer areas
  • Routine maintenance of restrooms, including cleaning sinks, showers and floors
  • Stock all restrooms and hand wash sinks with supplies
  • General overall cleaning, vacuum, dusting and mopping
  • Clean offices, halls, and conference rooms
  • Annual spruce up cleaning of all facilities on campus including washing windows
  • Assist Maintenance/Facilities staff upon request
  • Fill in for co-workers as needed
  • Ensure the staff is aware of their responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.

What you must have:

  • Experience with floor scrubbers/buffers preferred
  • Self- motivated individual with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to follow directions 
  • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper’s policies and procedures
  • Ability to get along with others
  • Ability to be punctual
  • Positive attitude with ability to work a fast paced environment
  • Must consent to a background check
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper’s policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift
  • Ability to push/pull up to 1.500 pounds using supplied equipment
  • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive  motions
