Job Description



The Procurement Analyst will support the Sr. Procurement Manager of Aluminium Cans and Ends Category (Rigid Packaging) in the strategy development, execution and to drive value optimization in the Supplier/Business relationship for Keurig Dr Pepper.

Responsibilities:

  • Category lead for an assigned Category with in the Rigid Packaging Organization.
  • Align procurement reporting tools and templates across the Packaging Category.
  • Automate solutions to minimize manual load and maximize access/availability.
  • Compile, analyse, and verify purchasing, invoicing, and supply chain data.
  • Develop bespoke reports to meet business needs.
  • Use ratios, KPIs, trend analysis to make improvement recommendations.
  • Present findings to procurement leadership team, escalating key issues, and recommending appropriate actions.

  • Be able to interact with all levels of the organization, ranging from senior executives through middle management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, supply chain, or data analytics area of study.
  • Demonstrated experience creating reports and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP in particular.
  • MS excel skills.
  • Prefer 2 year minimum experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can perform in fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.
  • Commercially and financially astute.
  • Good project management skills. 
  • Collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships both internally and externally. 
  • Passion to drive for continuous improvement.
