As a Sales Operations & Performance Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will be part of the beverage revolution. Our vision is to provide a beverage for every need, available everywhere people shop and consume and this role is critical helping us achieve that goal.

Reporting to the Director of Route to Market Strategy and Capabilities in the Concentrates & International organization, the Sales Operations & Performance Analyst contributes to KDP success by helping our sales organization achieve world class performance.

What you will do:


  • Improve KDP sales effectiveness
    • Partner with our sales & IT organizations to assist with development and implementation of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • Ensure data integrity across system by working with a range of internal stakeholders and sales teams
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve KDP sales effectiveness or enhancements to our sales process
    • Develop weekly/monthly reports and reporting tools to aid in understanding current sales opportunities as well as areas of our sales process to further optimize
    • Participate in weekly/monthly reviews with sales leadership to understand current opportunities
    • Support development & implementation of similar processes, programs, and routines with our Canadian and Latin American businesses
  • Support various transformation efforts
    • KDP is always looking to improve the way we do business and will have a handful of transformation efforts underway. This role will support those efforts as required
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures


  • Strong preference for candidates with Big 4 or MBB consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related
  • 2-4 years of professional experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in:
    • Process development & optimization
    • Scorecard development
    • Sales performance management
    • CRM development
    • Change management and change leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, is independently driven and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • This role is based at the KDP Plano, TX office location
  • 0-5% travel required
