Office Assistant 

The Office Assistant is responsible for preparing documents and presentations, preparing and formatting spreadsheets, screening incoming calls and mail, scheduling appointments along with other office task. The position will also be responsible for providing support to the Cashier team as needed. 

Position Shift and Schedule

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.  Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Compensation

The rate of pay for this position will be $17 per hour, plus an attractive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.

 Position Responsibilities
  • Assist the delivery drivers with invoices, reports, and cash accounting.
  • Administratively support the office personnel, drivers and sales team.
  • Ensure internal and external audit and corporate compliance requirements are met. 
  • Count/collect money from drivers and balance.
  • Collect settlement packets from drivers as well as record all payments received.
  • Review and verify that all invoices have been included as listed on sales report.
  • Organize all paperwork including invoices in numerical order.
  • Prepare bank deposits and other necessary paperwork.
  • Assist accounting department with data entry.
  • Answer phones and take orders.
  • Filing, faxing, copying and other office duties as needed.
  • Run various tracking and informational reports.
  • Monitor route trucks and count as they return.
  • Learn routing processes and other responsibilities as needed for coverage.
  • Confidentiality of data is the cornerstone of this position. Individual must be able to meet demanding schedules, striving for accuracy in the both functions. 
  • Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Prioritize requests and perform other duties as required.


  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED)
  • 2 years of general office experience
  • 2 years Microsoft Office
  • 1 year cashier/cash handling experience
  • Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
