Exceed Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) annual objectives for financial and volume targets in channels of business under the Premier Division. Channels include large format, small format, all other market and on-premise. 

50% Travel- Southeast geographical region will comprise of the following primary states – Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a call coverage plan for Key Mixer Retail Chain Accounts, Spirit Distributors and Specialty Grocery Distributors

  • Key Wine/Spirit Distributors include Republic National, Crown Distributors, Breakthru Beverages, and Southern Glazier Wine & Spirits
  • Key Specialty Grocery Distributors include UNFI and KeHE
  • Key Retailers include Publix, Winn Dixie, Bi-Lo, Harris Teeter, Ingles, and ABC Liquor

-Work with Distributor Account/Business Managers to develop annual mixer programs for all Premier customers across all channels of business
-Develop mixer promotional programming for Mr & Mrs T’s, Rose’s, Margaritaville, as well as other KDP brands
-Lead all retail calls for large format and spirit chain accounts and will be responsible for selling-in annual programs and managing the implementation of programs
-Lead coordination of all Category Management initiatives and be responsible for achieving Gold Standard planogram sets for DPS mixer portfolio in large format accounts and Spirit retailers.
-Identify mixer voids in all off and on-premise accounts serviced by their distributors and develop plans to close voids.

-Responsible for the selling-in of incentives, as well as conducting all kick-off meetings and scorecard review meetings
-Conduct quarterly business reviews with all Spirit and Specialty Distributors and key retail customers
-Manager trade budget reviews and ensure promotional plans have been loaded correctly and completed

-Work with Deduction Management to achieve deduction clearance goals as outlined in annual Warehouse Direct Business Unit KPI's



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5 years sales experience with a national CPG (beverage) company
  • 5 years of experience managing Distributors within a (DSD) Direct Store Delivery route to market
  • 5 years of experience using MS Office products like PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel and Trade Promotions Management (preferably Demantra)
  • Minimum 2 years’ analyzing IRI and/or Nielsen and iDig or other VIP level sales data
