Exceed Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) annual objectives for financial and volume targets in channels of business under the Premier Division. 

Channels include large format, small format, all other market and on-premise.  Will report to VP Sales, Premier.

1.Develop and implement a call coverage plan for Key Mixer Retail Chain Accounts, Spirit Distributors and Specialty Grocery Distributors.

a.Key Wine/Spirit Distributors include Superior Beverage, Heidelberg, Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits, Great Lakes Wines & Spirits

b.Key Specialty Grocery Distributors include KeHE and UNFI

c.Key Retailers include Giant Eagle, Meijer, Ahold Giant-Carlisle, Ahold Giant-Landover, Albertsons and Weis Foods.

2.Ohio Valley geographical region will comprise of the following primary states – Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

3.Work with Distributor Account/Business Managers to develop annual mixer programs for all Premier customers across all channels of business.  NAE will develop mixer promotional programming for Mr & Mrs T’s, Rose’s, Margaritaville, as well as other KDP brands. Distributors and Retailers will be included in all annual retail business plans for large format and Spirit retailers. Plans will achieve mixer distribution and promo frequency goals.  Plans will be developed so achievement of goals will result in volume and profit growth rates above annual operating plan targets. NAE will be the lead on all retail calls for large format and spirit chain accounts and will be responsible for selling-in annual programs and managing the implementation of programs.

4.Will lead coordination of all Category Management initiatives and be responsible for achieving Gold Standard planogram sets for DPS mixer portfolio in large format accounts and Spirit retailers.

5.NAE will identify mixer voids in all off and on-premise accounts serviced by their distributors and develop plans to close voids.  NAE is responsible for the selling-in of incentives, as well as conducting all kick-off meetings and scorecard review meetings

6.NAE will conduct quarterly business reviews with all Spirit and Specialty Distributors.  Reviews will address volume performance, trade spend, promo analysis, market surveys and execution opportunities.

7.Trade budget reviews will ensure promotional plans have been loaded correctly and completed promotional programs have been closed out in KDP Trade Planning Program.  Will work with Deduction Management to achieve deduction clearance goals as outlined in annual Warehouse Direct Business Unit KPIs.

8.Will spend at minimum 1 day per week in trade conducting store surveys.  Any execution opportunities will be recapped and communicated back to Distributor within one business day.

9. Accurately forecast sales to ensure best in class supply chain performance.

Travel: 50%



•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university,

•5 years sales experience with a national (CPG) consumer products company

•5 years of experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and (TPM) Trade Promotions Management.

•5 years of experience with (DSD) Direct Store Delivery route to market.

•3 years of experience in (WD) Warehouse Direct route to market.

•Highly Recommended 3 years of experience with Wine/Spirit Wholesalers

•Highly Recommended 3 years of experience with Natural/Specialty Distributors.  

•Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
