Job Description

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise regarding system transactions and physical interactions by the support and operations teams. A key attribute of this role is the ability to recognize and flex to correct/fill gaps across the distribution center and manufacturing operations. This role will be leaned on heavily to maintain the highest level of performance related to cycle counts, system accuracy, and material handling/DC efficiencies.


  • Administer Cycle Count activities to ensure compliance with targets
  • Updates work instructions and trains Cycle Count Administrators
  • Monitor transitory bins, aged WIP/inventory, obsolete inventory to ensure appropriate system and physical movements occur
  • Flex to support Material Handling and DC operations as needed
  • Monitor SAP transactions (MB51) weekly for large adjustments and work with teams to correct as needed
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 5:00 am – 1:30pm, although the ability to flex to support various operations is a requirement


Qualifications and Competencies:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
  • 2 years of warehouse operations experience
  • 2 years of forklift experience
  • 2 years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Previous experience with SAP or similar warehouse management system
  • Previous experience with MES preferable
  • Experience in cycle count methodologies and able to count accurately; possess an understanding of units of measure and their impact on cycle counting
  • Demonstrated ability to derive insights from quantitative analysis to identify strategies / opportunities within the supply chain to lower costs and improve service levels
  • Strong time management skills, ability to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Positive attitude / self-motivated; works independently in order to resolve issues and problems as well as ability to work in a team environment
  • This person will be part of a dynamic and passionate team within a fast-growing organization
