Job Description



We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join the Appliance Product Management team as a Marketing Specialist.  This role will report to the Vice President of Appliance Product Management. The focus for this role is to support the execution of all Product Management deliverables working cross functionally with internal and external partners to deliver products to market.  Ideal candidate will have the capability to be promoted to Associate Product Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead work streams for sustaining and new product development efforts
  • Manage creative requests and briefs for domestic packaging, printed, and online assets
  • Support continuous improvement of product line to meet emerging consumer needs and optimize business performance
  • Maintain strong communications with internal and external partners (Contract Manufacturers, Commercial, Brand, Creative, Engineering)
  • Track projects against set objectives, analyze and evaluate success of the projects, and pursue path to optimization
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or related field
  • 3+ years of applicable work experience
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Organizational skills to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
  • Ability to interface with technical resources in developing new brewer colors and packaging designs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative mindset and passion for product marketing and consumer packaged goods
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with colleagues and external with partners
  • Exercises good judgment; understands when to involve others in the decision-making process.
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency
  • Accountable, dependable, willing to learn
