Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

1. Implement process enhancements to improve package changeover and line efficiency.

2. Utilize knowledge to maximize asset utilization and plant performance and report Plant KPI’s.

3. Support / provide training to improve capability of maintenance technicians.

4. Schedule and track standard preventive manufacturing measures and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities.

5. Possess a thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.

6. Implement TPM strategy and training program within the facility.

7. Support the Maintenance Manager in the development of High Performance Work Teams and assist with leading cultural development through TPM implementation.

8. Able to work independently and successfully facilitate cross functional teams, while implementing improvement within an established time frame.

9. Coach and lead cross-functional teams; including team building, understanding motivation and negotiation techniques and providing work direction to others.

10. Execute facility capital projects based on priorities established by senior leadership.

-High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
-2 years minimum experience in Maintenance Planning
-2 years minimum experience as a mechanic in a plant or manufacturing environment
-4 years minimum Microsoft Excel experience using V-lookups and Charts
-2 years' SAP or similar manufacturing application
