Learning and Development Specialist II– QEHS Compliance

The Learning and Development Specialist II supports Quality and EHS compliance for the Supply Chain organization by analyzing training needs, creating and updating curriculum and non-classroom learning programs, creating and auditing standardized training practices, and providing coaching for learning resources across the manufacturing network.

 

What you will do:

  • Participate in training needs analyses to understand the Supply Chain organization and the Quality and EHS skill needs of our employees today and in the future.
  • Manage the compliance training curriculum for manufacturing and logistics, partnering with program/project managers & business leaders to determine Environmental, Safety, and Quality training needs.
  • Maintain the data integrity of our Supply Chain information on our learning database of record (Alchemy Systems) through definition of standard processes, process audits, and coaching of site level administrators.
  • Act as primary contact for Alchemy: Onboard and train Alchemy site administrators, provides data and expertise in vendor contracts; supports standard growth of platform.
  • Create and maintain training materials for Alchemy administrators. 
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with site level administrators of the learning database.
  • Act as troubleshooting support for Alchemy system issues.
  • Provide coaching and support to Subject Matter Experts who contribute to QEHS learning content.
  • Support EHS Pillar team work with training materials and training metrics and records.
  • Drive standardization of QEHS training programs across the Supply Chain organization including Quality and EHS content in orientation, annual awareness trainings, and authorized training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and facilitator quality, providing recommendations for improvement to for both program content and structure and facilitation. 
  • Identify, analyze, and report on key learning and development metrics.
  • Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting training processes within manufacturing or logistic operations is preferred.
  • Experience in a GMP regulated industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in adult learning, needs analysis, and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience in developing action plans for training development and implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience with learning management systems (LMS) utilization best practices.
  • Experience developing on-line content, including voice overs, with one or more eLearning development tools.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Able to work collaboratively across business functions and project teams.
  • Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
  • Skill in motivating and coaching individuals and influencing across a complex network.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel: 25%.
