Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a Jr. User Experience Designer who wants to contribute to defining the products and experiences that will form the future of the Keurig brand. This individual will bring curiosity, empathy, creativity and strategic skills to bear in service of solving complex business challenges. The role entails participating in the design and research process across a variety of programs to help shape the future product design and experience strategy of the Keurig brand.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of senior design team members to design experiences that span across physical appliances, digital interfaces, and IoT systems. You will work closely with product management, industrial design, UX research, software engineering, mechanical engineering, consumer insights, and other business stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What you will do:

•Understand target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative concepts and meaningful interactive experiences across physical appliances, digital interfaces, and IoT systems

•Translate high-level conceptual product ideas into well-designed features

•Work closely with developers and be able to communicate your ideas and designs on a technical level within an agile product development environment

•Participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. Develop user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research and focus the design efforts on the needs of key customers.

•Manage the rapid prototyping of digital projects, rapid experiments & demos

•Enable us for scale & speed by maintaining high design standards and guidelines. Develop and document detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces

Requirements

Qualifications

•A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Social Science, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or similar.

•1+ years of experience designing digital and physical user interfaces across a range of industries and domains.

•Experience with multiple design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)

•Strong communication and collaboration skills
