Job Description



The IT Manager, Legal Technology will partner closely with the Legal team to advance the systems, architecture and roadmap for the Legal team, while identifying opportunities to align priorities and strategy in order to add the most value for KDP.  This position reports to Chief Information Security Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, in close partnership with Legal, the strategic technical roadmap for IT systems and enhancements, establishing project, budget, resource requirements and management of technology staff.
  • Manage/ Identify technical capabilities/limitations of systems
  • Manage Identify/drive modernization, rationalization and transformation strategy from the technical perspective
  • Seek vendor and / or IT development input for how to meet the functional vision and deliver
  • Conduct Proof of Concept activities, delivery and technical solutions assessments as needed
  • Work/collaborate with business function and global IT teams to shape solutions and manage backlog
  • Experience with managing vendor contracts/statements of work, quality of service and negotiation of 3rd party vendor staff
  • Project management experience, with ability to manage a large budget and potentially oversee resources that do not report to you but are accountable for project deliverables
  • Strong problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 10 years overall experience in either an IT organization, consulting organization or for a software company focused on the consumer products industry. Experienced practitioner in Information Technology disciplines.
  • IT teams and vendors across the Legal & Risk portfolio.
  • Manage/Coordinate user acceptance testing engagement for enhancements and overall technical program management
  • Project management and its processes (Agile / Scrum / DevOps)
  • IT service management and architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working effectively with all levels of business and technical management as well as subject matter resources.
  • Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow our manufacturing best practices
  • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles
