Immediate Consumption Regional Manager

The Immediate Consumption Regional Manager is responsible for managing a group of Cold Drink Managers and Business Development Representatives. This position is accountable for on-premise selling of cold drink, fountain and vending; primarily new customers (acquisition) and minimal account maintenance on big accounts or problem areas. Focus is on new business, filling voids, and distribution availability. May also be responsible for equipment placement that is for immediate consumption, single serve, etc.

***Is able to sit in one of our locations in the Southern California Region (Bakersfield, Fresno, Santa Maria, San Fernando, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, or Las Vegas, NV)***

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize resources, people and processes, to develop a cohesive team to increase profitable on premise channel volume by providing superior customer service.
  • Coach and develop resource teams in sales, distribution and equipment service.
  • Manage cross functionally with branch, area and division teams at all levels.
  • Measure systems of profitability and volume by channel.
  • Manage outlet execution to Company standards through assigned personnel.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales volume in all Cold Drink channels.
  • Control promotional discounts by ensuring compliance to established requirements and pricing standards.
  • Make key account calls on assigned accounts to maximize volume and gross profit.
  • Oversee operations in the Southern California Region.
  • Manage and control Cold Drink Equipment expenses.
  • Provide and implement Cold Drink Equipment solutions that combine the Single Serve growth across all market channel.


Requirements

  • 3 years cold drink experience
  • 2 years of experience leading cold drink teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license
