This HRIS Senior Analyst – HR Delivery is a motivated, bold champion of change that can leverage blended technical acumen and HR functional expertise to proactively operationalize process excellence while driving innovation. This role will function as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Testing Lead to manage work delivery by combining hands-on execution utilizing unique analytical problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach to achieve operational excellence.  This role thrives on results, placing the Team First and proactively seeking opportunities to Deliver Big, Think Bold, and Be Fearless and Fair. 

What you will do: 

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives and projects by utilizing your extensive technical experience in cloud-based systems, such as Workday, ServiceNow and Jira.  
  • Utilize your experience project management utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile framework for requirements, development, testing and delivery to support proper quality assurance, reporting, documentation and implementation. 
  • Assess how systems or business applications meet the usability criteria of an end user or customer, and execute  Identify, collaborate with, and lead organizational business partners (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll) to define and document technical and functional requirements meticulously.   
  • Lead testing and quality assurance efforts, facilitating testing evolutions between business partners and delivery teams. 
  • Develop required processes with technical documentation and process flows with regular report of status to key business partners. 
  • Define and document new processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives. 
  • Apply lean six sigma and / or Kaizen methodologies to support the execution of structured projects and processes to champion continuous improvement. 
  • Demonstrate successful application of Agile and Scrum Product Owner methodology, tools, and best practices. 
  • Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning.  Remove obstacles for developers and testers. 
  • Gathering and updating project materials, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents 
  • Solicit, identify, and develop process improvement initiatives to simplify and streamline day-to-day HR business operations. 
  • Maintain direct contact with key stakeholders, working with them to create and document processes to improve workflows and minimize points of friction. 
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders within the business and maximize the value of those relationships to drive cross-functional operations. 
  • Ability to learn and improve upon Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles 
  • Anticipate to travel up to 25% 


The HRIS Operations Product Owner is a critical position with many responsibilities. It is imperative to have a diverse skill set, including: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related degree field from an accredited college or university required; graduate degree a plus 
  • PMP® Certification strongly preferred or equivalent 
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification strongly preferred or equivalent 
  • 5+ years’ experience in an information systems or HRIS organization, required  
  • 2+ years’ experience in HCM experience a plus 
  • 2+ years' experience in process and technical and/or design documentation required 
  • Consultant and delivery management expertise strongly preferred.   
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
