This forward-thinking analyst must be resourceful and able to separate signal from noise.  The successful candidate for this role is self-motivated with a can-do attitude and an “internal customer” focus.

As part of the Operations Finance team your key responsibilities will be:


  • Produce and analyze reports to provide timely and actionable insight into key performance indicators with a special focus on waste and activity variances
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of manufacturing financial reporting, productivity and planning to analyze and communicate key drivers of the manufacturing network’s financial results to operations and finance senior leadership
  • Partner with business, finance and accounting teams across the organization to identify opportunities for efficiency within both financial and operational processes

Other core responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance on actual results, operational processes, and financial planning through regularly updated reports
  • Analyze waste and activity variance data to derive insight and recommend actions
  • Identify spend patterns versus historical norms, forecasted plans, and competitive benchmarks to identify productivity and spend opportunities
  • Collaborate with business, finance and accounting teams to help analyze, align and report the key business drivers
  • Utilize various analysis techniques in order to gauge forecast and annual operating plan reasonableness
  • Measure and report on business productivity
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling
  • Promote and communicate key elements of the various financial milestones across the organization
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day


What you must have:

  • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
    • Two+ years of relevant finance experience preferred but would consider someone with an advanced degree and strong Excel skills.
    • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
    • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, Hyperion & Anaplan a plus)
    • Proficient in fundamentals of Operations Finance and modeling of business scenarios
  • Required Competencies and aptitudes:
    • Strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
    • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose viable business solutions to complex problems
    • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
    • Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages
    • Detailed and process improvement oriented
    • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
    • Ability to work flexible hours as required
    • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles
    • Travel <15%
    • Willingness to relocate is preferred
