Supply Chain Analyst II - DSD EDI Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with trading partners and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate requirements clearly into accurate specifications
  • Analyze and design specifications used for enhancements and extensions in EDI applications, interfaces, and mappings 
  • Establish, document, and maintain EDI procedures/processes
  • Monitor EDI transactions and issues, working with other technical and/or business resources as necessary
  • Support the development of EDI implementations, logic determination, technical reports, and mapping
  • Prepare and/or review EDI deliverables and enforce the approval process of deliverables to ensure adherence to EDI standards
  • Possess excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with technical, business, and trading partners on projects, providing timely and accurate insight, support, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate technical and business meetings
  • Provide guidance/assistance to internal/external customers where needed to help ensure issues are resolved by assigned due date.
  • Research issues, determine root cause, provide impact analysis and resolution path for issues, changes, and new functionality.  Escalate concerns to meet due dates.
  • Actively pursue opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives.


•       BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 

•       2+ years of experience with EDI X12 transactions is absolutely required

•       2+ years of SAP ERP experience

•       Proven experience working with EDI technical teams, EDI providers, trading partners, supply chain, and accounts receivable is required
