Keurig’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital commerce properties deliver great experiences for our consumers whether they are learning about our products or managing their coffee subscriptions through our advanced Auto Delivery program.  We employ a broad range of commerce and marketing technologies on our site and consider it the lighthouse for our Keurig brand.   The site is one of the largest Direct to Consumer eCommerce sites in the US and Canada and we continue to invest heavily in ongoing development of new digital consumer experiences.  Our hybris-based capabilities, deployed in the Google Cloud Platform are at the center of that growth strategy and your role will be to help take our platform to the next level as part of our broader digital strategy.

This position will partner with the business team supporting Keurig DTC in all aspects of IT. This position is a business-facing role and is responsible for delivering projects, prioritizing and offering guidance on system enhancements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and providing input to our strategic IT direction and annual planning process while supporting daily business operations.

Our ideal candidate has strong commercial process knowledge including sales and marketing with an emphasis on eCommerce and an understanding of supply chain processes. Experience in the consumer products industry, particularly direct store delivery or beverage experience, is preferred.

This position reports to the Director, Commercial and Digital IT.

What you will do:

  • Develop and sustain effective partnerships with a diverse set of business partners. Foster business relationships and work directly and effectively with stakeholders; represent IT in eCommerce and marketing meetings with cross functional business representation often including middle/senior management.
  • Provide guidance and strategic direction on new capabilities required to meet eCommerce and marketing business objectives; define the solution to meet these capability needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed understanding of a wide variety of business processes in the area of ecommerce and marketing.
  • Lead and partner with multiple business stakeholders in a service provider environment of continuous change; provide ideas on how to improve business processes and make day-to-day business functions more efficient.
  • Oversee the requirements gathering, solution design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems to meet strategic business requirements.
  • Develop effort and cost estimates, and select the best delivery method for each business solution. Facilitate the development of ROI models and criteria for prioritization.
  • Own the governance process to prioritize work and manage business demand against resource supply across the portfolio of applications work for in-scope business functions.
  • Deliver programs, projects, and enhancements in accordance with the delivery plan agreed on with our business partners.
  • Work closely with our global technology services partners to ensure smooth daily operations for the business; act as the key point of contact for escalations from stakeholders and work with support team to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Drive and manage own tasks effectively; work independently and be an effective contributor in a diversified team. Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate
  • Demonstrate business-focused and influencing skills and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.
  • Proactively study the consumer goods industry and technology trends in order to provide insights and recommendations in support of the KDP key priorities and initiatives.

Requirements

What you must have:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 10 years overall experience in a company focused on the consumer products industry.
  • Experienced practitioner in Information Technology disciplines: eCommerce and Digital/Brand experiences using Web, Mobile websites, and Mobile application technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical/functional leadership, analysis or development roles on Enterprise eCommerce and Digital Marketing Systems
  • Direct experience with industry best practice system development lifecycles and methodologies with recent experience managing Agile (SaFE, etc.) product management practices
  • Experience working in large organizations with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments
  • Experience managing third party partner providers, both onshore and offshore
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working effectively with all levels of business and technical management as well as subject matter resources.
  • Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow our manufacturing best practices
  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
  • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20%
