The KDP Spring Co-op Program will run from January 6, 2020 – July 3, 2020 and this position will be based in our Burlington, MA office.  Elements of the KDP Spring Co-op Program include:

  • You will engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • You will receive mentor support for your professional development
  • You will present a final presentation to your team, peers, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
  • You will network and learn about other functions at Keurig Dr Pepper through a Lunch & Learn series
  • You will have the opportunity to volunteer in the community

The Digital Marketing Co-op, SEO Content Strategy, will define, develop, and ensure ongoing quality of consumer-centric content strategy and search engine optimization across the wide range of systems and brands for Keurig Dr Pepper’s eCommerce properties.

You will play a prominent role in helping to developing creative content as well as defining faceting, metadata strategies, and ensuring that Keurig.com’s content is optimized for natural search. You will be a key member in a high performing, collaborative creative team that is passionate about digital and that seeks to create award winning, impactful experiences.

As a Digital Marketing Co-op, you will:                 

  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance and trends
  • Identify and understand consumer needs related to search, growth opportunities in core areas such as keyword strategy, site infrastructure, on-page optimization factors and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform traffic and conversion analyses to gain insight into keyword and landing page performance
  • Optimize internal website structure to maximize rankings across our keyword portfolio and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage consumer and performance data to drive and elevate a content strategy built to support brand marketing, merchandising, and coffee subscription          


Requirements

What you must have:             

  • Working towards an undergrad degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing or other relevant areas
  • You are invigorated, not intimidated, by large volumes of data and keywords
  • You are detail-oriented and able to balance these details with the larger business objectives
  • You are an ambitious self-starter who takes pride in being “first in class” and can self-manage when needed but thrives on the shared success of a team that plays to win
  • You are results driven - an excellent communicator, especially when incorporating data to support and substantiate presentations
  • You enjoy problem-solving and have a genuine curiosity about how consumers search for information
