Customer Service Representative

Is accountable for understanding and meeting customer expectations. Responsible for one or more distribution centers or specific group of customers. Identifies, analyzes and resolves issues such as layering, minimums, lead time, returns, etc., that impact ability to effectively satisfy customers. Administers customer order and return processes including resolving carrier issues, warehouse issues, etc. May analyze and recommend more efficient buying patterns to buyers.

  • Shift / Schedule: This is a 1st Shift role working from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
  • Compensation: This is a salary position fully eligible to Company benefits to include health, dental, vision, 401K between others.


  • Call accounts on a scheduled basis for orders.
  • Take customer call in orders.
  • Sell all brands and flavors.
  • Order entry.
  • Maintain route cards for all customers.
  • Advise customers of current promotions.



  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 2 year previous sales and customer service experience, both on phone and in person experience
  • 2 year experience operating Microsoft Pkg to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • SAP previous experience required
