Job Description



The Recruiting Coordinator role will support, assist and provide customer service to Hiring Managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and Talent Acquisition leadership. The role supports the job requisition, sourcing and onboarding phases of the Talent Acquisition process for specific departments within the organization. 

The ideal candidate will efficiently and effectively manage various aspects of the recruiting process, including pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and reporting. The candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. The role requires planning, organizing, problem solving, and strategic thinking. The candidate should also be able to build partnerships and work collaboratively in a matrix organization and with multiple levels of leadership.  

This role is office based in our Plano, TX headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end to end recruiting process for multiple departments
  • Generate offer letters and welcome letters for new hires
  • Assist with new employee orientation and I-9 validation
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Operations Sr. Manager with report creation in applicant tracking system and data analysis
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Operations Sr. Manager with best practice documentation and research
  • Post job advertisement to multiple channels
  • Handle confidential salaries and hold sensitive information in confidence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in a human resources or recruiting function or relevant internship preferred
  • 1+ years iCIMS or equivalent ATS experience preferred
  • 1+ years MS Office experience, with advanced functions in MS Office and MS Excel
