The Contingent Labor Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the day to day operations for our contingent workforce program.  This position will be a part of a program team responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the fulfillment of contingent worker engagements.

The analyst will:

  • Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the contingent labor program and use data to highlight issues and recommend solutions
  • Provide data and analysis for all temporary labor reporting
  • Assist in identifying and testing Vendor Management System (VMS) technology changes and enhancements to meet requirements and to improve user experience
  • Assist with planning and forecasting temporary labor needs
  • Maintain relationships with contingent labor suppliers
  • Ensure contingent labor suppliers’ adherence with operational policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Monitor suppliers’ achievement of performance goals, service levels and metrics according to contractual commitments
  • Monitor invoicing and spend thresholds to ensure payment is processed effectively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, liaison and escalation for temporary labor inquiries
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers
  • Lead Vendor Management System user training
  • Resolve technical issues experienced by managers or contingent workers as the Vendor Management System subject matter expert



  • One to three years of relevant experience with business systems, with Vendor Management System (Beeline) experience a plus
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Work experience in temporary labor and/or recruiting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
