Job Description

Talent Acquisition sources and recruits top talent for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). Hiring directly from select undergraduate and graduate programs is a key component of KDP’s recruiting strategy and helps pave the way for excellent talent to join our organization. The Campus Recruiter reports directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition, and is responsible for executing on our university program to attract and convert a steady pipeline of top undergraduate and graduate candidates into all of Keurig Dr Pepper's business lines. The role will aide in our continuance to centralize and consistently deliver undergraduate and graduate recruits as our business scales. 

The position will be located in Plano, TX or possibly Burlington, MA.

Key Responsibilities within Campus Relations

School Selection & Cultivation

  • Manage campus relationships and evaluate selection process, year over year, for Keurig Dr Pepper internships and co-ops.
  • Use objective criteria to select targeted schools and regularly re-asses school selection based on yield and changing marketplace demographics
  • Partner on investment strategies for each school.
  • Using a tiered approach, foster relationships with professors, deans, and career counseling offices.
  • Create speaker and event series that position Keurig Dr Pepper as an employer-of-choice for targeted talent 

Marketing and Diversity on Campus

  • Working with Marketing to develop out-bound messaging strategies for attracting students at each school.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to oversee all college marketing channels including Keurig Dr Pepper’s careers site, social media presence, and college-related job boards
  • Manage college recruiting marketing and event budget, ensuring ROI on all spend
  • Ensures proper representation in select events by coordinating with HR Business Partners, TA Leadership and representatives from the business.
  • Identifies opportunities for business leaders to engage in on-campus activities for the purposes of creating awareness of the KDP employment brand and engaging potential talent
  • Cultivate alumni from various intern programs to serve as Keurig Dr Pepper ambassadors on campus

Candidate Experience, Interview and Assessment

  • Identify the appropriate assessment tools for the selection process.
  • Validate the assessment approach and monitor the outcomes in order to deliver higher quality candidates for KDP
  • Influences selection methodology across the college recruiting program to help managers, interviewers and recruiters assess skills and potential
  • Maintain interview processes allowing for efficient selection and a premiere candidate experience, both online, virtual and in-person
  • Appropriately involve the business in selection decisions, while maintaining a high bar for selected talent 

Program Execution & Management

  • Partner with business customers to forecast college recruitment needs (internships, co-ops, and full-time placement), expected conversion rates, and required skills
  • Work with Compensation and the business to design a compensation strategy that delivers the right caliber of talent to KDP
  • Successfully execute the candidate process from initial outreach through hiring and offer generation
  • Leverage current campus recruiting technology platforms (including our applicant tracking system, HRIS, CRM, and various job boards), while co-leading efforts to develop new tools focused on improving and tracking campus recruiting workflows and results
  • In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and various stakeholders around new hires, action the appropriate onboarding and acclimation experience for cohorts of incoming talent
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness


  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience, with a focus in Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations
  • Campus Relations experience as a recruiter is necessary
  • Bachelor’s or higher educational degree
  • Superior ability to influence at senior levels and to effect change in a matrixed organization
  • Solid record of delighting internal and external stakeholders
  • Oriented towards execution and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and to measure results
  • Team player with open and candid communication style; highly regarded team leadership skills including performance management, strategic planning and talent development
  • Working knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements relative to Talent Acquisition and HR preferred, but not required
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to require standards and processes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
