Job Description

The Associate Marketing Manager, under the direction of the Marketing Director, is responsible for managing a variety of projects to drive the growth of Keurig Dr Pepper’s US Hot Appliance business by supporting tactics to fulfill the business’ strategic direction with a high attention to execution excellence.

In this role, you will activate the programs that deliver against the US Hot Appliance strategic imperatives; participate in a commercial capacity as part of new product development core cross functional teams; and provide product/marketing support on cross-category business initiatives.

What you will do:

•Ensure all core product line initiatives and new product development programs meet consumers’ needs, maximize retail customer potential and drive Keurig system adoption

•Generate robust analysis and build the business rationale to cross-functional team members and leadership in order to gain alignment and drive projects forward

•Prepare team for strategic recommendations, collaborate to build consensus, and partner on execution paths with cross functional program partners, and leaders both internally and externally

•Make connections across all aspects of the business to execute against fully integrated plans that drive retail customer acceptance and full consumer engagement

•Partner with internal and external creative teams to deliver rich product tool kits for customer level activation

•Support the US Hot Appliance product roadmap, portfolio strategy and innovation plan

•Build internal presentations and craft external trade communications

•Gain formative experience with the functional areas of product management, demand planning, supply planning, and logistics execution

•Analyze business and research results to make recommendations on strategic tactics and program support elements

•Track projects against set objectives, analyze and evaluate programs post mortem and pursue paths to optimization


What you must have:

•Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing required, MBA preferred

•Minimum 3 years of experience in brand/product management

•Knowledge of consumer packaged goods and / or beverage related industries

•Experience with business analytics

•Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve

•Ability to work well independently and with a team

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency

•High adaptability; Ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguity

•Good judgment, understanding when to involve others in the decision-making process

•Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization and externally with partners

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally

•Accountability, dependability, willingness to learn

•Positive attitude and professional demeanor

•Ability to travel 20%
