Associate Brand Manager – Keurig Brand Marketing

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the creation and activation of programs, content and experiences to support the objectives of the Keurig Brand Plan as part of the Appliance Business Unit.  Primary responsibilities include the research, planning, budgeting, organization and execution of Keurig brand activation initiatives.  Opportunity to own key launches and programs, working with internal and external stakeholders, including key retail partners.  This role will be responsible for tracking, collecting and highlighting brand program results for presentation to senior management and internal associates.  This central member of the team will thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, complex projects while keeping the highest level of attention to detail.

What you will do:

  • Set the Media & Marketing mix to achieve category and business results of key product and brand stories.
  • Provide goals to and manage output of internal cross-functional teams and external agencies on proposed strategies to increase purchase intent and sell-through.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain campaign and product launch timelines and assets including media, social, digital, PR and Ecomm.
  • Direct program needs across cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Lead the analysis of all launch phases to assess status and identify problem areas. Prioritize and organize work within established timelines.
  • Create presentations for both internal and external purposes.
  • Own your personal development within our organization.


Requirements

What you must have:

  • A degree in related field preferred, with 6-8 years corporate brand, event, promotional, or agency marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing cycle and all phases of the consumer journey.
  • Creative mindset and passion for brand marketing and consumer connections.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs on strategy, on time, and on budget.
  • Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional internal stakeholders to create a unified team.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in creative distribution and activation across all platforms including broadcast, digital, social, print and out of home.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
