The Appliance Sustaining and Productivity Integration Manager will be a key member of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP)’s Appliance team within the Product Organization.  As Integration Manager, you will be located in the contract manufacturer’s facility and responsible for leading the integration of various component subsystems into an appliance that meets or exceeds requirements for delivery on time, at cost and quality.  This includes driving resolution of operational issues, ensuring technical readiness and meeting project deliverables. They will be tasked with enhancing the relationship both within KDP’s engineering, beverage and quality functions, as well as ensuring a close working relationship between KDP’s technical teams and those at the contract manufacturer.

What you will do:

  • Lead the implementation of appliance programs from mass production to the end of product lifecycle and ensuring alignment from Management on the project’s technical readiness.
  • Coordinate the integrated technical master plan and schedule to meet all program objectives
  • As a Sustaining Squad Leader, ensure overall execution of the technical aspects of a program
  • Drive productivity initiatives and product improvements for timely and cost of quality mindsets.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders both locally and in the United States to understand the commercial product requirements and timing
  • Collaborate with squad leaders to ensure delivery to program/block schedules
  • Ensure major projects, program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across Product functions
  • Perform risk analysis, drive resolution, identify and resolve conflicts using the tools like LAMDA, A3, etc.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the designs are well tested, documentation is complete and the project/block implementations.
  • Utilize project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
  • Manage and ensure overall technical execution of a program; manage engineering change notification/request process; coordinating and pulling in additional technical expertise or capacity as needed
  • Interact with vendor partners to ensure quality of desired end products and timely implementation of projects execution.
  • Building and leading teams between Asia and the US as needed to ensure ‘best available’ thinking is brought into the program
  • Act as interface with all technical contributors, suppliers and product management
  • Focus on every aspect of the project both internally and externally
  • Familiarity with all engineering sub-fields and professional network with relevant practitioners
  • Manage the work breakdown structures.
  • Focus on how project gets done through Lean practices and rapid learning cycles.


What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Graduate Engineering Degree or an MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of injection molding and tool design concepts
  • Experience with manufacturing products in Asia
  • 10+ years of Engineering/Integration experience
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and decision making
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly developed abstract problem-solving skills
  • Must be hands on and use a practical approach to concept modeling and testing
  • Outstanding communication skills – including written, visual, and verbal presentation skills
  • Knowledge of CAD ; 3-D rendering using Solidworks or comparable program a plus
  • Advanced technical background with experience in consumer-based design, ideally in household appliances (or consumer electronics / software)
  • Ideally, prior experience on Agile teams
  • Proven track record driving system integration, with leadership experience or intrinsic ability to go beyond individual contributor role
  • Familiarity with all engineering sub-fields and professional network with relevant practitioners
  • Ability to uphold Safety standards; participate in Continuous Process Improvement on the job, and follow best practices.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required as the working language is English
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including travel to the US
