Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable, high quality administrative support to the Assistant to the CEO + the CEO as needed.  With a full range of administrative duties, you will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, exercise judgment in prioritizing work and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. The individual in this role must be organized, resourceful and able to work independently to seamlessly serve the needs of the Office of the CEO (OCEO). 

What you will do:  

  • Support the Assistant to the CEO and CEO as needed
  • Provide full administrative support including and not limited to schedule management, travel arrangements, expense/invoice management and event/meeting planning
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with all OCEO matters
  • Effectively manage work of a confidential nature with discretion
  • Effectively manage and prioritize the CEO’s time accordingly while in Texas
  • Help ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner, using best judgment to assist and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Screen and manage telephone and email inquiries and requests
  • Partner with other administrative staff across the organization and executive leadership team for mutual success
  • Compose, proofread, and edit presentations as needed
  • Ensure timely expense reporting in compliance with organizational policies
  • Accurately manage and enter Purchase Orders (use of SAP system)
  • Provide back-up coverage to the Assistant to the CEO during time off
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures


What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant to senior-level leadership
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities, while keeping organized, efficient, positive and focused
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing requests through strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Desire to proactively partner with Administrative peers for efficiency and effectiveness in supporting senior-level individuals
  • Drive to provide best in class support to leaders, enabling their success and the success of the team/company
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience creating, editing, and formatting extensive presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products—Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Can do attitude with a willingness to “pitch in”
  • Personal desire to succeed and grow with a thriving company
