Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for its Coffee Manufacturing operation.   If you are looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunity to expand your influence across the organization, grow personally and professionally with long term goals, this position has much to offer.  This position requires a financial leader, who will partner with Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Large Data Interpretation/Modeling Support:

  • Support regional finance managers with consolidated financial models using BI tools
  • Perform AD HOC projects and analysis derived from varying data sets
  • Lead financial process improvement regarding information and model management
  • Actively manage the interpretation and reporting of multiple operation KPIs

Decision Support:

  • Understand nuances of operations and collaborate with key partners to improve business results
  • Prepare & distribute relevant analysis and reports, participate in decision making process

Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:

  • Perform budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Compile weekly/monthly projection and present in real time actionable format
  • Provide financial analysis and support for operational finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goals

Administrative Activities/Career Development:

  • Participate in function or career development training
  • Develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

Total Rewards

  • Salary Range: $72,100-$110,000 / year
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including
    paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement 
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements

  • Financial acumen, experience with problem solving with analytical thinking
  • 2+ years’ experience with Bachelor degree or 3+ years of experience without a degree, prefer experience performing manufacturing analysis
  • Manufacturing and plant experience a plus
  • SAP, PowerPoint, Access experience, advanced Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Ifs, Sum ifs, Index, Match, VBA experience a plus)
  • BI experience a plus (Planning Analytics, MicroStrategy, SAP BW, etc.)
