  • Monitor and identify potential risks, cultural moments, and emerging opportunities to inform proactive engagement and content strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on social intelligence platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Netbase, Sprout, Khoros), advising on best practices and innovations in workflow and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Communications, Insights, and Digital to ensure insights are integrated into decision-making.
  • Champion the use of data-driven insights across the organization, helping stakeholders adopt social listening for smarter, faster, and more informed business decisions.

Total Rewards:
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or analytics, ideally within a large consumer brand or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social listening platforms and Boolean query writing.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets and surface actionable insights.
  • Skilled in data visualization and storytelling, with proven ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, curious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
