In this three year rotational program you will build the specialized skills you need to pursue a sales career at our industry-leading company. Under the guidance of our team, you’ll build a complete sales toolkit leveraging a broad understanding of the Keurig Dr Pepper production, marketing, sales, and route-to-market systems and networks 

Responsibilities 

Year One – Territory Sales Manager Rotation 

  • Responsibility for full sales coverage of a defined set of customers in a territory 
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations using data from various resources 
  • Develop sales forecast and participate in joint business planning 
  • Work cross-functionally with revenue growth management and shopper marketing 
  • Participate in sales training to build negotiation, finance and business acumen skills 

Year Two - Associate Bottler Activation Manager Rotation 

  • Job shadowing with bottler activation manager 
  • Own content creation of joint business planning presentation; own end to end product including presentation to customer 
  • Development of presentation creation and delivery skills 
  • Work cross-functionally with brand marketing and national retail sales teams 

Year Three – Associate Account Development Manager Rotation 

  • Job shadowing with Account Development Manager 
  • Responsibility for joint business planning  
  • Develop change management skills by focusing on bottler improvement 
  • Work cross-functionally with the packaging team 



Requirements

Requirements 

  • B.S./B.A. in business or sales related fields required 
  • Consumer research experiences on the manufacture/client side a plus 
  • Consumer packaged goods, beverage experience a plus 
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills 
  • Strong computer skills with excel and power point 
  • Ability to multi-task in a cross functional environment 
  • Knowledgeable in the use of syndicated marketing research databases (e.g. IRI, Nielsen, and household panel, MRI, SIP) a plus.
