Job Description



The mission of the Customer Supply Chain Solutions team is to develop and deploy Keurig’s Supply Chain capabilities as a strategic enabler of growth.  This team is responsible for directly engaging with Keurig’s top retail customers to strengthen the overall Sales relationships as well as to define and implement win-win supply chain solutions with our customers.  As the Product Supply Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall portfolio of supply chain initiatives across our top accounts, and you will also significantly contribute to managing the relationships with Supply Chain leaders at our top retailers.  This position supports and mentors one analyst directly as well as a team of approximately 10 Customer Supply Chain Managers and Analysts who report to Keurig’s field Sales teams.  Many of the projects and other objectives of this position are accomplished by leveraging this team. What you will do:
  • Build relationships with Keurig’s top customers in order to deeply understand their most important supply chain objectives.
  • Define and execute on projects to meet top customer Supply Chain objectives.
  • Define and implement customer-specific initiatives to lower the total cost to serve, from source to shelf.
  • Consistently engage with Supply Chain and Sales leadership at Keurig to ensure alignment with both departments on those projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the work of an Analyst and provide coaching, development and performance management as their direct manager.
  • Provide Supply Chain knowledge, organization connectivity, and other support as required to a team of approximately 10 Customer Supply Chain Managers that report to our field Sales teams.
  • Work directly with A/R and Customer Service to reduce compliance fines related to Supply Chain issues, especially ones that relate to building new capabilities or resolving complex issues between the two companies.
  • Perform operational and financial cost analysis, as required.
  • Understand and deploy best practices in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry regarding Customer Supply Chain engagement.
  • Drive consideration and development of new capabilities via Customer Logistics Review Board
  • Participate on the Customer Logistics Review Board and provide input to make decisions.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.


Requirements

What you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related role in the CPG industry, and 3+ years leading people.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Detailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the business for accurate and timely information.
  • Strong capability to thoroughly review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
