Supply Chain Emerging Brands Planner

Our Supply Chain team is responsible for all direct and indirect manufacturing of products. Whether it’s sourcing ingredients, manufacturing our products, or negotiating with our suppliers, the team works collaboratively to provide the freshest and highest quality products to our consumers.  You will be responsible for ensuring the right product, in the right quantity, is at the right place, at the right time.  

What you will do:

  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize inventory and maximize service levels.
  • Monitor transfers from production plan/source to hub warehouses and distribution centers.
  • Communicate any service issues related to stock availability and appropriately coordinate resolution, involving central planning.
  • Coordinate inbound freight with transportation and warehouses.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies with the source/plant and warehouses.
  • Work with Customer Operations to resolve supply and capacity issues.  Collaborate with plant and inventory planning teams to propose inventory transfers, line/plant capacity balancing, and other solutions to ensure Supply Chain objectives are met.
  • Manage weekly planning cycle to ensure full visibility, alignment, and accountability between teams and business objectives. 
  • Lead Weekly Brand Alignment Meetings & support Monthly Supply Review Meetings as a part of the Integrated Planning Process.
  • Monitor Scheduling complexity by source and ensure success against corporate production cycling & pull replenishment goals.

  • Strong capability to thoroughly review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time.
  • Ability to independently perform complex analysis where data gathering, working with internal and external stakeholders, selection of analytical methods, and synthesizing many quantitative and qualitative inputs is required.
  • Broad understanding of the consumer package goods industry, the beverage industry, and Keurig's different sales channels; and the ability to judge what considerations (cost, service levels, lead times, etc.) are most important within those contexts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field strongly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in planning / similar role
  • 1 year of experience using SAP or similar type tool
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
