The myHR team is a customer-obsessed team that supports employees, managers, and other HR functions to provide simple, knowledgeable, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence and business results. The myHR Workday Sr. Data Management Analyst position at Keurig Dr. Pepper is responsible for supporting the Human Resources service delivery model and by providing front-line customer service and support for data maintenance in Workday. This position carries out the duties and responsibilities of this function and ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures in addition to required federal and local regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate and complete data entry processing into Workday
  • Heavy data management and administration within Workday, including but not limited to:
    • Changing and updating data related to employee, business, jobs, etc. by direct entry and EIB mass updates
    • Auditing data on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness both within and across systems
    • Generating Ad Hoc Reports
    • Generating Dashboards
    • Maintaining Organization and Position Management in Workday
    • Process new hire/rehire, terminations, and employee data changes
  • Utilizes ServiceNow's Case Management system to evaluate and resolve Workday data related issues
  • Works collaboratively with HR partners and team members to troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Independently works with key stakeholders to solve complex issues/problems related to Workday data management
  • Escalate Business Process issues to Management, along with recommendations for potential solutions
  • Must use discretion and independent judgment in data analysis and reviewing data integrity issues
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Work to research and resolve issues with data
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and Agile environment
  • Able to independently identify and address Workday issues with little oversight
  • Able to manage both transactional activities as well as project portfolio



Requirements

Background/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience preferred
  • Workday expertise in HCM Human Capital Management, EIB mass updates, creating Reports, creating Dashboards, business process troubleshooting, Mass Advance, position management required
  • 3+ years of Workday experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience
  • Workday Security and Data Management experience required
  • Exposure and experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • SAP or ADP payroll experience preferred
  • iCMS experience preferred
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in an office environment using relational database applications including data entry and report writing using data queries
  • Previous experience as super user or advanced user in a HRIS solution required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources is required
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Proficiency in problem analysis, issue resolution, organization, planning and time management
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • High degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personal and corporate dynamics.
  • System troubleshooting experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel
  • Strong MS Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
