Job Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and driving activities related to Keurig Dr Pepper’s Finance Transition. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Finance Business Services (FBS) leadership team to lead efforts that will evolve the ways in which our finance team operates. Qualified candidates will have experience managing complex programs and have in depth knowledge of finance operations. It is expected that this person will ensure that transformation milestones are met and that program objectives are achieved.

What you will do:

  • Leverage project management experience to define, implement and maintain a comprehensive and sustainable project plan and toolkit that is scalable and supports Finance Business Services strategic objectives
  • Work with key leaders to define functional and activity specific project plans and checklists
  • Manage the relationship with partners to ensure all service provider activities are completed, and all issues are resolved
  • Integrate and manage sub-contractors and consultants as required
  • Coordinate and monitor the status of transformation activities across People, Process, Technology, Service Management and Operational Readiness
  • Monitor quality of work and ensure that deliverables are complete per business requirements
  • Provide regular transition updates to the FBS and broader finance leadership team including key milestones, risks and overall project status
  • Follow all policies, procedures, standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department
  • Performs other duties as requested by management


What you must have:

  • Proven track record of effective program management including scheduling, risk management, task estimation and budgeting
  • Experience leading strategic transformation initiatives including leveraging and collaborating with 3rd party providers
  • Experience working with Finance & Accounting Transactional Shared Services
  • Business Process Services Transition management experience
  • Knowledge of finance processes and systems. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and influence at all levels, including with senior business stakeholders and external parties
  • Meeting facilitation skills including setting agendas, task management, time management, managing documentation, and action item management
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and action driven environment.
  • Ability to drive business results – identify and capitalize on opportunities, identify risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations, manage escalations and drives sound decisions that deliver results
  • Effective and sound decision making skills, influencing, and leadership capabilities with ability to engage across the KDP finance teams
  • BS/BA required and Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred
  • 8+ years of experience leading highly complex programs
