Drinkworks is a joint venture between Keurig Dr. Pepper and Anheuser-Busch InBev, and the “Drinkworks Home Bar by Keurig” is a first-of-its-kind appliance designed to prepare cocktails, brews, ciders and more at the touch of a button.

In this role, you will be a Keurig Dr. Pepper employee who is 100% focused on the Drinkworks business.

The Sales Strategy/Marketing Manager for Drinkworks will be responsible for driving delivery of the Drinkworks annual sales plan for National Accounts.

You will be tasked with developing buyer-ready content and will be called upon to sell the Drinkworks system into new accounts and manage the Drinkworks business at existing accounts.

You will also work with members of the Keurig Sales organization to grow the Drinkworks business with high-priority retail partners who are already testing distribution of the Drinkworks Home Bar System.

You will have exposure to the senior leadership of both organizations.

There will be strong collaboration, analytical skills, and strategic thinking required.

You will be located in Keurig’s Burlington, MA headquarters, but will also spend time at Drinkworks’ Bedford, MA headquarters. You will participate as a member of the Drinkworks Sales team as well as the Keurig Commercial organization and you will work closely with members of both companies.

What You Will Do:

-Lead sell-in and launch of Drinkworks at major retail customers
-Manage Drinkworks appliance & accessories business with key liquor accounts, such as Total Wine & More, Binny’s, and BevMo!
-Partner with Keurig Dr. Pepper Sales organization to grow Drinkworks business with existing retail customers, such as Walmart & Best Buy
-Provide strategic direction and deliver content for retail customer joint business planning meetings, top to top meetings, launch presentations and sell in materials
-Represent Keurig at industry tradeshows, Drinkworks company events, commercial team meetings, and customer meetings

-Present regular Drinkworks business updates to Keurig senior leaders
-Provide Drinkworks-focused content for the Keurig Dr. Pepper Sales team
-Build and leverage expertise in specific customers and channels
-Cultivate and leverage relationships with the functional areas of Supply Chain, Accounting, Revenue -Growth Management, and Trade Promotions


What You Must Have:

-Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
-Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales / Account Management, Category Management, Revenue Management, Commercialization, or some combination
-Customer-facing experience and/or experience creating buyer-ready selling materials preferred
-Experience within consumer packaged goods and / or beverage related industries preferred
-Strategic and analytical capabilities
-Ability to lead cross functional teams
-Highly collaborative mindset; experienced at working cross-functionally to drive results
-Ability to act as a positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others
-Ability to manage highly complex projects with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency
-High adaptability; ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguity
-Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization and externally with partners
-Experience building and delivering compelling presentations to multiple audience levels, including senior leadership and retail customers
-Ability to travel up to 30% of time
