Job Description

The Raw Material Coordinator perform a variety of distribution and warehouse related tasks.

This position will support our N1 shift, with a standard schedule of Monday-Wednesday, with alternating Thursdays, from 6:00pm-6:30am EST. Additional flexibility for coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is highly preferred.

Position Responsibilities

  • Receive raw materials physically and systematically in SAP (Partner software platforms)
  • Ship materials physically and systematically in SAP (Partner software platforms)
  • Communicate issues(status) and update Visual Management boards.
  • Cycle Count Administrator or counter
  • Load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse.
  • Move product to storage areas using the proper equipment.
  • Stack and store merchandise in the appropriate area according to established sequences and procedures.
  • Document all material transfers, shipments and movements electronically and/or on appropriate forms.
  • Ensure items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Review orders for shipment and assemble the correct types of merchandise to be shipped.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned area.

Other Necessary Functions

  • PIT Certification (RM or RR, RC, PE)
  • SAP proficient
  • Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures


What you must have:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
  • 2 years of warehouse operations experience
  • 2 years of sit-down fork lift experience
  • 2 years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Previous experience with SAP or similar warehouse management system
